Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced its audited standalone and consolidated financial results today for the Q3 FY26 and nine-month period ended on December 31, 2025.
The company has declared total dividend of Rs. 57 per share of face value of Rs. 1 per equity share. The Board of Directors has approved:
- Third Interim Dividend of Rs 11/- Per equity share
- Special Dividend of Rs. 46/- Per equity share.
As per the filings by the company, the dividend will be paid on 3rd February, 2026 to the equity shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Saturday, January 17, 2026, which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose.
